Bearing and shaft assembly technology method Bearing heating installation

Bearing and shaft assembly technology method Bearing heating installation
1.Heating of rolling bearings
Heating fit (installation of cylindrical bore bearings) is a common and labor-saving installation method that uses thermal expansion to convert a tight fit into a loose fit by heating the bearing or bearing seat. This method is suitable for the installation of bearings with large interference. The heating temperature of the bearing is related to the bearing size and the required interference
2.Bearing oil bath heating
Put the bearing or the ferrule of the separable bearing into the oil tank and evenly heat it at 80~100℃ (generally, heat the bearing to 20℃~30℃ higher than the required temperature, so that the inner ring will not be damaged during operation. Premature cooling is enough), do not heat the bearing over 120°C, and then remove it from the oil and install it on the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the end face of the inner ring and the shaft shoulder from not fitting tightly after cooling, the bearing should be axially tightened after cooling. , to prevent a gap between the inner ring and the shaft shoulder. When the outer ring of the bearing is tightly fitted with the bearing seat made of light metal, the hot-fitting method of heating the bearing seat can be used to avoid the mating surface from being scratched.
When heating the bearing with the oil tank, apply a mesh grid at a certain distance from the bottom of the box (as shown in Figure 2-7), or use a hook to hang the bearing, and the bearing cannot be placed on the bottom of the box to prevent precipitated impurities from entering the bearing or uneven For heating, there must be a thermometer in the oil tank, and the oil temperature must not exceed 100 ℃ strictly to prevent the tempering effect of the bearing and reduce the hardness of the ferrule.
3.Bearing induction heating
In addition to hot charging by oil heating, electromagnetic induction heating can also be used for heating. This method uses the principle of electromagnetic induction. After electrification, under the action of electromagnetic induction, the current is transmitted to the heated body (bearing), and heat is generated by the resistance of the bearing itself. Therefore, the electromagnetic induction heating method has great advantages over the oil heating method: the heating time is short, the heating is uniform, the temperature can be fixed at a fixed time, clean and pollution-free, the operation efficiency is high, and the operation is simple and fast.
