Bearings of corn processing machinery and equipment are most prone to failure

Bearings are the most failure-prone parts of corn processing machinery.
Corn processing machinery is a kind of mechanical equipment widely used in production. During use, the operator must operate in accordance with the regulations and do a good job in daily maintenance. Corn processing machinery is composed of many parts. If there is a problem with any part or an accessory of any kind of equipment, our production line will be forced to stop. So what should we do if there is a problem with the bearing as an important part of corn processing machinery?
Regardless of whether it is a corn processing machine or a wheat flour machine, when the inner and outer rings and rolling elements of the internal bearing are seriously damaged, it is necessary to replace the new bearing. When the bearings are worn, some can be repaired by welding cars.
For example, when the inner and outer rings of the bearing run, the journal and the inner hole of the end cover are surfacing welded by electric welding, and then processed into the required size by a lathe.
Before welding, preheat the shaft and the inner hole of the end cap at 150-250°C. The shaft generally uses J507Fe electrode, and the inner hole of the end cover is always ordinary cast iron electrode. When the welding is completed, immediately bury it deeply in dry lime powder and cool slowly to control the phenomenon of rapid cooling and brittleness. When turning and repairing by permanent electric welding, attention should be paid to: ①The concentricity correction value is not greater than 0.015mm, so as to avoid the increase of noise and vibration and heat during eccentric operation, which will shorten the service life of the motor; ②When the motor journal is less than 40mm, it is advisable to adopt the method of 6-8 equal lines of surfacing welding, and the method of full surfacing welding should be used for the journal of >40mm. This is determined by the force transmission of the shaft when it outputs power. Regardless of the surfacing welding method, attention should be paid to adopting intermittent welding strips and symmetrical welding to prevent excessive welding stress and excessive head pressure in some parts, resulting in increased changes in the concentricity of the shaft. ③During lathe processing, the turning roughness of the motor shaft below 11KW should be controlled at about 3.2. After the 11KW motor shaft and the end cover hole are turned, it is best to use a grinder for finishing to ensure the quality. When there is separation between the rotor and the shaft, first use high temperature resistant 502 adhesive to fill the gap between the reset rotor and the shaft. The parts to be filled should be placed vertically and the action should be fast. After pouring at both ends, re-irrigate with 40% salt water, and after a few days, it can be assembled and used.
